Art 3º The hotel reserves the right of admission when a guest commits immoral acts or causes disturbances, is in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or when their luggage contains animals or they intend to use the facilities for purposes other than lodging.

Art 4ª The guest will specify their period of stay on the registration card, but a day will be considered the unit of time, with its expiration set at 12:00 PM each day. The day's lodging is considered fulfilled when the room is occupied before 7:00 AM.

Art 5º It is the guest's obligation to pay for the lodging service daily and in advance, or when required by the hotel, in accordance with the rates approved by the Secretary of Tourism. A guest who vacates the room after the check-out time is obligated to pay for an additional day's stay. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed.

Art 6º Failure to pay on the part of the guest will cause the immediate termination of the lodging agreement, and the hotelier may use public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room. The hotelier may retain the guest's luggage as a pledge until the outstanding debt is paid and may execute a judicial or extrajudicial sale, or adjudicate the goods at two-thirds of their appraised value if a sale is impossible.

Art 7º The hotel business is only responsible as a depository for valuables, money, jewelry, and other goods that guests hand over to the hotel administration. The business's liability is excluded for damages or losses of a guest's property resulting from unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or acts attributable to the guest, their companions or visitors, or persons not employed by the hotel.

Art 8º No user has the right to provide lodging to another person or have employees without the consent of the Management, making the corresponding arrangements for their registration and payment.

If they become ill during their stay, their relatives must be notified to remove them from the hotel. If the illness is serious or contagious, the nearest health authority or hospital will be notified, and in extreme emergencies, private medical services will be contacted at the expense of the guest or their relatives.

Art 10º The guest must inform the administration of any illness, death, infraction, or crime that occurs. The rights of the establishment and guests to report any illicit act that occurs within the hotel to the competent authority are reserved.

Art 11º Objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in any of the establishment's facilities will be held in the custody of the administration for up to six months, after which they will be disposed of in accordance with the law.

Art 12º Upon their departure, guests have the obligation to leave doors, windows, water taps, and electrical currents turned off, as well as to hand in the key to the administration and notify them of their absence if it will be for more than 24 hours.
